The Fastball component was designed to help manage your Joomla baseball team website. The component creates a comprehensive database for entering team information, players, ballparks, schedules, game results, and individual player stats. The component creates frontend web pages and links to access team roster, schedule, stats, box scores, and individual player pages. Stats and other features are customizable in the configuration setup.
There is also a convenient customizable W/L module which automatically pulls the team W/L record from the game results.

Enter game results with ease. Optional line score entry, and individual batting, pitching, and fielding categories in a user-friendly interface.

All front-end pages are created dynamically by pulling the data entered by the Admin or selected users.
Pages include Roster, Schedule, Team Stats, Game Summary, and Individual Players.
Stats include batting, pitching and fielding categories.

Upgrades: 1.0.0 users can simply login and select "manage your licenses" from the user menu to download the latest version. To upgrade, simply uninstall the old version (data tables will not be removed) and install the new component. It is always a good idea to backup data before performing the upgrade.
